Career
Adam served for 18 years as a prosecutor at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office as head of the international financial crime bureau under the legendary Robert Morgenthau. His deep law enforcement experience, as well as his vast network of contacts around the world, have proven invaluable in advising Latin American clients. One client described him as “my go-to U.S. lawyer. When I need a U.S. lawyer, he’s the first person I call, and if he can’t help me, he knows who can. … I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”
Adam is consistently recognised for his expertise in asset tracing by Chambers and Who’s Who Legal. He is a fellow of the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators.
