Adrián Rodríguez is the Co-head of the firm´s Tax Practice and he has over 25 years of experience advising global and domestic corporations, in matters of taxation, international investments, reorganizations and M&A, and other legal issues. Adrian is admitted to the practice of law in New York, Illinois and Colombia and has practiced both in the U.S. and Colombia, possessing a strong multi-jurisdictional and multi-industry experience.
