Ákos Bajorfi heads the Corporate/Private Equity Department at Noerr’s Budapest office. Ákos is one of the leading advisers in the Hungarian venture capital scene, continuously advising investors and targets in major transactions throughout the entire life cycle of venture capital investments, from first-stage investments to exits. Ákos also has wide-ranging experience in the establishment of Hungarian branches of foreign financial and capital market institutions, supporting them in cross-border services and transactions. His fields of expertise also include private placements, public offerings and other securities transactions, as well as the acquisition of public companies. He is a lecturer in corporate law at Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest and a member of the board of the Hungarian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HVCA).
