He has served as a distinguished Arbitrator of the Centre of Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce of Quito since July 2008, and previously held the position of Secretary of the Courts of Arbitration of the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the Chamber of Commerce of Quito from 1999 to 2008. These roles demonstrate his commitment to fair and efficient conflict resolution.

Furthermore, Alberto is recognized as a trusted referee, listed in the official registers of the Center of Arbitration and Mediation of the Production Chambers of Azuay and the International Center of Arbitration and Mediation, as well as several other arbitration centers in Ecuador.
