Aldona Kowalczyk is an attorney-at-law, partner, heading Dentons’ Public Procurement and Government Contracts practice in Poland and co-heading the Europe Public Procurement and Government Contracts practice.
Aldona has counselled both contracting authorities and bidders/private partners in public procurement and PPP matters in Poland, acting for them in the National Chamber of Appeals and courts since 1998.
