Career

Alessandra Cocchella is a specialist in dispute prevention and resolution. She has more than 14 years of experience in civil and contractual matters, as well as in the sponsorship of civil, commercial, constitutional, administrative litigation and national and international arbitration proceedings.

She is an expert in the elaboration and design of solid legal strategies to avoid and prevent possible contingencies for clients. She has successfully advised several companies in the mining, telecommunications, aeronautics and construction sectors, among others, in negotiations, transactions, legal proceedings and arbitrations.
