He represents Italian and foreign companies in proceedings before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission and appeal proceedings before the competent national and Eu-ropean courts. He has also acquired experience in proceedings concerning control of foreign investments in Italy (the so-called "golden power"), in EU Law and in Sports law.
