- assistance, both in terms of judicial litigation and out-of-court advice, against all forms of counterfeiting and abuse of privative rights;

- assistance in drafting commercial contracts involving the management of intellectual property rights;

- regulatory advice - on a national and international level - within the framework of the regulatory reforms in the European context;

- assistance in relations with the Italian Communications Authority (AGCOM) for copyright protection.
