Career

Alexandra Bach Lagos is a highly experienced litigator who defends pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in mass tort and product liability litigation. She has litigated hundreds of complex product liability cases from inception through trials and appeals. With deep experience litigating mass torts, Alexandra efficiently and effectively manages large teams and relationships with joint defendants. Clients rely on Alexandra for the ability to break down complex scientific concepts and defenses and forecast themes that will resonate with judges and juries. She deploys creative strategies for clients in their most challenging and complex cases.

A native Miamian, Alexandra is familiar with the nuances of litigating in Florida’s courts, and managed an active docket of thousands of product liability cases pending in Miami-Dade’s Circuit Court for over a decade. In that capacity, she interfaced routinely with the circuit’s administrative and chief judges on issues relating to case management.

Alexandra is a frequent speaker on topics relating to litigation and trial practice and routinely serves as a faculty member in trial skills practicums and programs. She is also committed to the community where she lives and works and maintains an active pro bono practice representing children in immigration proceedings. In addition, Alexandra is a vocal advocate for women lawyers and believes that mentoring and developing top talent is the best tool for achieving parity in the legal profession.
