Career
During his career, he has specialized in Labour Law, especially in the strategic planning of human resources and matters of collective law (collective bargaining and trade unions).
Previously, he was a partner at the Uribe, Hübner y Canales (UH&C) law firm between 1996 and 2018. Subsequently, he left to own to form our firm.
He was Deputy Director of the Labour Directorate between 1985 and 1986 and Prosecutor of the National Oil Company (ENAP) in the Magallanes Region. He was also director of SalfaCorp between 2007 and 2010 and Vice President of the Tabancura Educational Foundation (SEDUC) between 2002 and 2012.

Alfonso has been a tenured professor of Labour Law at the Universidad de Los Andes for more than 30 years.
