Allison Land is the head of the M&A/Corporate Group in Skadden’s Wilmington office. Ms. Land has a diverse corporate practice, concentrating on joint ventures, M&A, corporate governance, private equity transactions, and Delaware corporate and alternative entity law. Ms. Land advises a wide variety of publicly held and privately owned clients, including issuers, asset management firms and REITS, in connection with acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, spin-offs, complex reorganizations, and equity offerings and investments. She has extensive experience counseling clients in all aspects of Delaware corporate and alternative entity law. She is presently Chair of the Corporation Law Council of the Delaware State Bar Association, and is a former Chair of, and continues to serve on, its Alternative Entity subcommittee.
