Representative matters: Mobileye, Affirm and Dole in their IPOs; Ambrx Biopharma in its domestication and ADR conversion; NGL Partners in its global refinancing; Intel in its semiconductor co-investment program arrangement with Brookfield and Apollo; PLBY Group in its registered direct and rights offerings; Adobe, ONE Gas, Jane Street Capital and O’Reilly Automotive in their debt offerings; Assembly Biosciences in its ATM; Southwestern Energy in acquisition financing and liability management; AIMCO and AIR Communities in their spin-offs; and multiple SPAC IPO and deSPAC-related transactions.
