Ami is experienced in challenging cases involving:
• serious allegations including of physical, sexual and emotional abuse, domestic abuse and coercive control;
• implacable hostility;
• complex medical evidence and serious injuries to young children;
• interplay with criminal proceedings; and
• forced marriage and applications under the Inherent Jurisdiction.
She has a particular interest in cases with a forensic fact-finding element and is experienced in supporting vulnerable clients.
Ami is qualified to accept Direct Access Instruction.
