Amit, has unique, unrivalled experience in the field of public transportation in Israel, and among other roles, has served since 2016 as The Legal counsel for the Forum of Private Public Transportation Companies in Israel, which combines all the bus companies that participate in the public transportation tenders published by the ministry on a regular basis.
The department that Amit heads advises and represents most of the public transportation companies in Israel.
Amit has rich, diverse, and proven experience in representing corporations and commercial clients in administrative petitions regarding tenders and a range of other administrative matters. Moreover, Amit provides the firm’s clients with full and comprehensive ongoing legal guidance throughout the stages of preparing for tenders and for various projects in the field of transportation and infrastructure, as well as thorough, ongoing legal advice and representation for clients when negotiating with various authorities and regulators.
