Career
Throughout his international and local career, Amnon has gained substantial experience acting for lenders, borrowers, debt issuers and credit enhancers on the full spectrum of international financing transactions and projects as well as advising sponsors, lenders and EPC contractors on complex energy, oil and gas, power, waste, and infrastructure projects. Amnon also has vast experience acting for international and Israeli clients on international arbitration matters and in providing regulatory advice.
Prior to co-founding ERM, Amnon worked in the banking group at Linklaters LLP in London. He was also a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Yitzchak Zamir of the Israeli Supreme Court.
Key clients include Goldman Sachs, Monarch Alternative Capital, the European Investment Bank, Tahal group, Bank of America, Unicredit, BNP Paribas, NTA, Hutchison, Downer Group, Noy Fund, Siemens, Veridis, Solaer, Bank Leumi, and others.
Amnon is a highly regarded practitioner throughout the international and Israeli market and has been recognized by the Legal500 and the IFLR1000 as being a leader in his field.
