Partner Amund Brede Svendsen's practice area is IP. He litigates patents (especially pharmaceutical, biosimilar and oil and gas services industry patents) and other IP rights. He advises on patents, trademarks, employee inventors’ rights, trade secrets, unfair competition and marketing law, and represents clients in disputes in these areas, and also in IP-related commercial litigation. He is a qualified arbitrator and has arbitrated international commercial disputes.
He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway.
