Amy Kläsener is a seasoned international arbitration partner with deep experience in engineering and construction disputes in the nuclear, energy, chemical, and manufacturing sectors. She also advises on software development and M&A disputes. Amy takes a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to dispute resolution. As a U.S. lawyer based in Europe for nearly 20 years, she has developed a deep understanding of multiple legal cultures. She has served as sole arbitrator and president in ICC and DIS arbitrations, conducting proceedings in English and German. Additionally, Amy served as secretary to the IBA subcommittee that revised the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in 2010.
