She worked in New York for several years where she focused on assisting US companies in dealing with international tax matters, VAT and disputes resolutions particularly in multinational contexts. She also led the EMEA Committee in the indirect tax area in her last years at Baker.
Ana has spoken at local and international conferences and client seminars on topics related to her field. She has contributed articles on indirect taxation and tax disputes to various economic journals, including BNA International Indirect Taxes Journal and lectured on public tax administration.
