Anca Danilescu, senior partner, has established herself as a prominent figure in the legal community by developing significant practice in project finance, corporate, commercial, and mergers and acquisitions. With her extensive experience as a lawyer since 1998, she brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the negotiation table, making her a sought-after professional in her field.
She has been involved in intricate financing transactions, including bank facility agreements, syndicated international loans and securitizations. Moreover, she has a specialized focus on competition matters within the realm of banking and finance. This includes providing comprehensive legal guidance on antitrust issues, compliance frameworks, and regulatory challenges specific to financial institutions.
Anca was also involved in complex transactions ranging from cross-border business ventures to private stock and assets acquisitions for major domestic and international corporate clients in various fields, such as multinational lime and glass producers, leading companies in telecommunications, shipping, and aviation areas. She regularly addresses antitrust and competition law concerns in the M&A transactions she advises on.
