Graduated in 1983 from the Faculty of Law of the Federal University of Bahia – UFBA. Specialized in Constitutional, Administrative, Regulatory, Litigation, Public Tenders and Administrative Contracts, Environmental Law, Real Estate Law, Sanitation and Infrastructure Law.
Postgraduate in Administrative Law from the UFBA Law School Foundation. Postgraduate in Procedural Law from the Federal University of Bahia, former Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Salvador – UNIFACS, former State Attorney at Bahia, former Attorney at the State University of Bahia – UNEB, former Attorney at the Municipality de Salvador, author of legal articles published in Brazil, member of the Brazilian Bar Association, member of the Bahia Institute of Administrative Law and former member of the Ethics Court of the Brazilian Bar Association (Seccional Bahia).
