Andrea Massimo Maroni has over ten years of experience in corporate law and financial markets, and is specialized in the sectors of equity capital markets, regulation of financial services, M&A of listed and unlisted companies, as well as venture capital operations.

Since 2023 he has been Counsel of LEXIA, of which he has been a member since 2016.

He regularly provides assistance in relation to extraordinary operations on the capital market, as well as to start-ups and innovative SMEs in the context of capital raising operations, also through the drafting of the relevant investment agreements.

He also assists companies listed in Italy and the related corporate bodies on issues of corporate governance, market abuse, internal dealing, related parties and remuneration, as well as the related shareholders in the negotiation, drafting and publication of shareholder agreements.

Career

Andrea is registered with the Milan bar association, and graduated in law from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University.

Before joining LEXIA he collaborated with a well-known Milanese boutique law firm specializing in corporate and financial market law, where he regularly assisted various listed and unlisted companies, including banks, and their related corporate bodies, in numerous transactions of primary importance on the capital market.
