Andrew advises clients on the tax aspects of cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, investments, financings and reorganizations. His practice spans diverse industry sectors including technology, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, construction, real estate, energy, pulp and paper and manufacturing. Andrew teaches the tax component of the Advanced Business Law Workshop on mergers and acquisitions at Osgoode Hall Law School.
