Practice Areas
Andrey heads the competition law practice at KRB, and advises the firm’s clients on all aspects of competition law including, inter alia, mergers, restrictive trade practices and abuse of dominant position cases. He represents the firm’s clients in various proceedings before the Competition Authority, including hearings, market studies and enforcement proceedings. Andrey also has considerable experience in representing clients in appeals before the Competition Court and in civil courts.
Andrey also advises clients on an ongoing basis in the field of competition law, as well as on issues pertaining to the Anti-Concentration Law (market-wide concentration, allocation of rights, separation between significant non-financial corporations and significant financial entities) as well as the Promotion of Competition in the Food Industry Law, and he has unique expertise in these areas.
Andrey previously served as a team leader in the legal department of the Israel Competition Authority (ICA), as a board member of the Foundation for Financing Class Actions at the Ministry of Justice.
Andrey has since 2019 served as Chairman of the Antitrust Committee at the Tel-Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association.
