Andy is particularly well known for his work in the telecommunications and energy and natural resources sectors, where he advises Indonesian and multinational enterprises on all aspects of project transactions, from bidding for the relevant concessions to the financing, construction, and implementation of the project, as well as some of their most significant corporate transactions, including a number of important mergers and acquisitions involving companies operating in these sectors. He also actively advises in the technology sector.
