Career

Angelique is part of the Financing team. Working from the Amsterdam and London offices, she assists with national and international property and project financing transactions. She also advises on the acquisition and sale of credit portfolios (commercial, ‘bad bank’) and restructuring solutions for property loans. Angelique is a highly experienced specialist in Dutch and cross-border secured financing transactions.

Angelique acts for Dutch and foreign banks and other financial institutions, (special) servicers, investors and large and medium sized companies as a legal advisor, negotiator and transaction manager on domestic and cross-border finance transactions, with an emphasis on property and project financing transactions (syndicated and clubloans, CMBS, restructurings, sell-downs, loan portfolio sales). Angelique has a PhD in Dutch, English and German banking law.
