Anthony Cremona heads Ganado Advocates’ trusts and foundations and private client team as well as its AML-CFT practice. Over a 20+ year career, he has been exposed to a wide variety of situations – from setting up entire family offices for multiple strands of wealthy families, complete with the required trusts, foundations and companies, to assisting private clients with relocating to Malta or obtaining the desired freedom of movement, whether in terms of Malta’s citizenship by investment programme or its Visa programme.
Anthony lectures trusts and foundations law and AML-CFT law at the University of Malta and has recently been engaged to lecture on trusts in Malta at the University of Monaco. He also examines theses on various private client subjects.
Anthony was former Chairman of STEP Malta branch until 2020 and is currently a member of STEP Malta’s executive committee and its technical sub-committee and its representative on STEP Europe.
