Antonio Belvedere, founder and Managing Senior Partner of BLV – Belvedere & Partners, is considered one of the leading national experts in Administrative Law and Real Estate.

He has been involved in many of the major development and real estate investment operations, assisting operators with all aspects of both public law (urban planning and construction, commercial regulations, environmental issues) and civil law (acquisitions, disposals, contracts, income generation).

Career

After graduating with honors in law from the University of Genoa, he founded Studio Belvedere, Studio Legale Associato, in 1975, and in 2017, he founded Studio Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners, which was dissolved in 2023. Throughout his extensive experience, he has also been invited to participate in legislative scientific committees for drafting regulatory texts in the fields of urban planning and construction.

He is the author of numerous publications and a speaker at conferences and seminars in the fields of Administrative Law and Real Estate.

He speaks Italian, English, and French.
