Additionally, the firm supports investment funds and sovereign wealth funds in navigating complex project finance and trade finance transactions.
Recently the firm has extensively focused on the energy and natural resources sector and as such handling numerous large-scale M&A transactions. Most recently, Alevina & Partners has played a key role in some of the most significant and strategic transactions in sovereign debt, infrastructure and energy financing.
