Avi Amsellem is a Partner in the Real Estate Department, mainly advising French and foreign real estate companies as well as investment funds and asset managers in connection with their real estate investments, the acquisition and sale of buildings or portfolios of buildings, real estate sale & lease back transactions, complex real estate transactions and real estate building and development (setting up real estate projects, negotiating and drafting contracts for the development of real estate complexes) and real estate management (drafting and negotiating leases and asset and property management contracts).
Before joining Archers in 2020, Avi practiced for more than ten years with the law firms Clifford Chance and De Pardieu, and then founded the law firm IC AVOCATS.
Finally, Avi Amsellem regularly gives training sessions on real estate investment and commercial leases to students of the Master 246 “Real Estate Management” at the University of Paris IX Dauphine.
