Career

Ayotunde Owoigbe is a partner with Banwo & Ighodalo. Ayotunde is a thorough professional; passionate about achieving set goals and objectives efficiently. She obtained her law degree from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in January 2001, and joined Banwo & Ighodalo in February of the same year. She was admitted into the Firm's partnership in February 2010. Since she joined the firm in 2001, she has been involved in a significant number of our corporate and project finance, mergers & acquisitions, and banking and securitisation transactions. Ayotunde has been involved in various capital market transactions ranging from Government bond issues to corporate debt issues as well as equity capital market deals in the domestic and international capital markets as well as varied domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
