Baldvin Björn is one of the founding partners of BBA//Fjeldco. He has an extensive 26 years experience in banking & finance, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and commercial and company law. Baldvin Björn is admitted in Iceland and France. He has participated as legal advisor in many of the largest M&A transactions in Iceland during the past 25 years and is regarded as being one of the leading corporate lawyers in Iceland. Baldvin Björn has actively advised clients throughout his career in Energy Law, both in the field of Renewable Energy and in Oil and Gas. Baldvin Björn holds both a Master degree in International business management from ILERI in Paris and a Master degree in International Business Law from university of Nice.
