Barbara Sancisi is a Partner in the Investment Funds department and has a solid corporate and M&A background. She advises private equity and other alternative asset fund managers, institutional investors and investment advisors on numerous issues, including fund formations, secondary transactions, investments, governance, compliance, carried interest and co-investments, re-organizations and restructurings.

Joined Legance in 2007, Partner since 2019.

Previously in Gianni Origoni, Grippo & Partners (2000 - 2007) and Studio legale Giovanetti (1997 - 2000).

Member of the Milan Bar (Italy).

Member of the Tax & Legal Committee of AIFI - Italian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital.

She is a frequent speaker in many conferences and seminars and is a member of the Tax & Legal Committee of AIFI - Italian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital.
