Practice Areas
Stefano Parlatore co-heads the Litigation and Arbitration Department of Legance. He practices in corporate, commercial, banking and bankruptcy litigation, advising both domestic and foreign companies, private equity investors, financial institutions, managers and corporate officers in complex and cross-border litigation, arbitrations and transactions, as well as in insolvency and restructuring procedures.
He has also developed substantial expertise in insolvency and restructuring matters by advising several domestic and foreign financial institutions and funds, in the distressed debt, default portfolio trading, turnaround transactions, in extraordinary administration and bankruptcy, and in restructuring of debts.
Stefano has considerable experience in domestic and international arbitrations.

Previously Senior Counsel in Allen & Overy, (2003 – 2007) where he led the Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring department of the Rome office.
