Bayo’s principal areas of specialism are employment, commercial litigation and tax.
Bayo has a strong employment practice, involving regular instruction in the ET, EAT and High Court.
He has acted in several high-profile employment related legal disputes including The Construction Industry Vetting Information Group Litigation (CIVIG) and related litigation from 2014 - 2020. He receives regular instructions from high profile companies, and having been appointed to the Attorney General’s C panel, Bayo is frequently instructed by government departments.
