Beatriz also frequently works with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, their family offices, and their institutional advisors on customized immigration strategies and understands their needs.

Beatriz is involved in the preparation of employment based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, such as Investor Visa Applications, Professional/Specialty Occupation Petitions, Intracompany Transferee Petitions, Extraordinary Ability Petitions, Physician-Specific Immigration Applications/Petitions, and Consular Visa Applications. She also participates in counseling employers regarding their compliance with U.S. immigration laws. In addition to business immigration matters, she also handles family-based petitions, student visas, and citizenship applications.

Beatriz has exclusively dedicated her career to practicing U.S. immigration law. Prior to establishing her own firm, she was a Shareholder at one of the largest and oldest business law firms in Florida, where she represented corporate clients and individuals in a variety of complex business immigration matters.
