In her career reaching 25 years, Begüm has extensively advised including Turkish and foreign banks, international financial institutions, borrowers in secured and unsecured financings, project financings relating to energy, oil and gas, telecommunications sectors, re-financings, regulatory advice on capital markets, banking and finance matters, letters of guarantee disputes.

She acted for all sides in M&As, corporate reorganizations, restructurings/insolvency matters, privatizations, advised on capital markets, corporate/regulatory matters for closely and publicly held companies in banking, insurance, telecoms, energy, real estate sectors.
