Belinda May is a partner in Dentons’ Washington, DC, and St. Louis offices. As a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, she practices a unique blend of consumer product safety, products liability and accessibility law.
Belinda’s consumer product expertise is informed by her own experience, having been diagnosed with a life-threatening disability in 2019. This sparked what has become a professional approach to assisting clients through an even more informed lens on issues such as complex regulatory challenges, reporting, design/engineering/human factors science, corrective action, recalls, consumer product safety compliance plans, social media and product advertising claims. In short, she helps our clients improve brand loyalty and improve regulatory and litigation outcomes.
