Matt Schulz, a member of Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice with a focus on business immigration and employment law, is a leader in the firm's Global Mobility practice and a member of Dentons' Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies practice and Trade practice. In addition to obtaining visas for the US and other countries, he provides pre- and post-transfer counseling to help ensure the proper drafting and execution of employment contracts, employee benefits, tax planning, business formation/acquisition and matters involving international trade. Matt advises employers on staffing strategies, personnel policies, corporate compliance and best practices. He trains human resources and legal staff, conducts audits of compliance records and defends employers in government enforcement actions, as well as advising investors and entrepreneurs.
