Author in Commentaries on the Swiss Federal Intermediated Securities Act (protection of the bona fide purchaser and priorities, 2013), on the Swiss Code of Obligations (bonds, 2014), the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (fundamental breach, avoidance by the buyer, avoidance by the seller, 2014), the Swiss Financial Market Infrastructure Act (2017) and the Swiss Financial Services Act (2021).

Personal

Born 1980 (Kenia, Nairobi); German citizen. Graduated as lic. iur. in 2003 (magna cum laude) and as Dr. iur. in 2006 (summa cum laude) from the University of Basel, passed the Zurich bar exam in 2008, and received a Masters Degree (LL.M.) from the University of Chicago in 2012.
