Benjamín Reinicke Ostria graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo” in Cochabamba, Bolivia, in 2016. Subsequently, he pursued advanced legal studies in the United States, first completing a Postgraduate Programme in Commercial Negotiations for Lawyers at Harvard Law School in 2018. In the same year, he enrolled at Georgetown Law School in Washington, D.C., earning a Master’s degree in International Business and Economic Law. In 2019, he further specialised by obtaining a Certification in International Arbitration and Conflict Resolution from Georgetown Law School.
Drawing on this robust academic foundation, Mr. Reinicke Ostria’s practice focuses on a range of areas critical to both domestic and international clients. His expertise includes Arbitration and Conciliation, particularly in matters involving cross-border disputes, as well as Banking and Financial Entities, advising institutions on regulatory compliance and transactional structuring.
