Benjamin represents plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property cases and other technology-centric business disputes. Since founding the firm over a decade ago, he has served as lead counsel in bet-the-company disputes throughout California and the United States. Benjamin, who received a B.S.E. in Aerospace Engineering, cum laude, from the University of Michigan, was recently named a Top Trade Secrets Lawyer for California by the Daily Journal for 2023, a 2024 Best Lawyer for trade secrets law, and a 2023 Northern California Super Lawyer (his fourth consecutive selection as a Super Lawyer after being recognized as a Rising Star three times). He has also been selected for membership in the Lawyers of Distinction and as a California winner of the IP Disputes award from International Advisory Experts.
