Ben advises regularly on sweepstakes and contests, loyalty programs, review of ad assets and claims substantiation, automatic renewal compliance for subscription programs, engagement of influencers, email and text marketing compliance, compliance with gift card laws, right of publicity, trademark, and copyright issues, and negotiating agreements in a wide variety of other transactions. He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA from the University of Michigan.
