Bettina Knoetzl, Head of Litigation and Business Crime Departments at KNOETZL, is a distinguished litigator, with more than 25 years’ experience in major Austrian and international cases. She concentrates her practice on international and commercial litigation, focusing on investor protection, liability claims, data protection, business crime, fraud & asset tracing, corporate disputes, banking, insurance and financial derivatives cases, and life sciences. She has obtained excellent results in class action lawsuits, including one of Austria’s largest-ever civil litigation cases.
