3. Advised promoters of Suven Pharmaceuticals Limited in relation to acquisition by Advent for a majority stake followed by an open offer.

4. Advised Laurus Labs on its investment in Immunoadoptive Cell Therapy Private Ltd.

5. Advised Mastercard (a technology company in the global payment industry) in relation to its investment in Pine Labs, Asia’s leading merchant commerce platform.
