Bonnie Cheng joined Chambers in 2011 upon completion of her pupillages with Mr Ambrose Ho SC, Mr Stewart Wong SC, Mr Robert Pang SC and Mr Victor Dawes SC. She practises in civil, commercial and family matters, as well as tax and public law, and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. She has appeared as junior counsel or as an advocate in her own right in the Court of Final Appeal, the Court of Appeal, the Court of First Instance, the District Court, the Family Court, the Inland Revenue Board of Review, the Market Misconduct Tribunal, the Securities and Futures Appeal Tribunal, the Coroner’s Court, the Town Planning Appeal Board, the Lands Tribunal and the Magistrates’ Courts. She has also advised on and appeared regularly in arbitrations (including arbitrations conducted in Putonghua).
