Brecht deals with all aspects of employment law and advises domestic and multinational corporations on day to day HR issues. Brecht and his team regularly assist other (law) firms with the HR aspects of corporate transactions (in particular with HR due diligence). The team also represents clients in employment litigation and assists in restructurings (collective and individual dismissals, TUPE transfers, mergers).
