Brian Pollock is a Member of Stites & Harbison. His practice focuses on representation of creditors in bankruptcy court, lender liability matters, commercial and residential foreclosures and evictions, defense of avoidance and preference actions, and commercial litigation. Brian has also represented creditors pursuing derivative claims in bankruptcy as well as debtors seeking reorganization under Chapter 11. In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Brian represents lenders and owners with disputes relating to real estate title issues.
