Brian K. Wydajewski is a partner in the global law firm of Baker McKenzie LLP where he chairs the Chicago Office's Employment and Compensation Practice Group and serves as a member of the Steering Committee for the Firm's North American Employment and Compensation Practice Group. As a senior partner of the Firm's Compensation practice, Brian assists multinational organizations with the design, implementation and operation of global equity and other compensation plans. Brian also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to advising on global employment and compensation issues in domestic and cross-border transactions. Brian has authored numerous articles, and is a frequent speaker on employee benefits, executive compensation and global equity compensation issues. In addition, Brian is past chair of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Employee Benefits Section Council, and previously served as an adjunct professor at the Center for Tax Law and Employee Benefits at the UIC John Marshall Law School. Brian received his undergraduate degree from DePaul University and his juris doctorate degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
