Bruce Wexler is a trial lawyer and Global Co-Chair of Paul Hastings' 100+ lawyer IP practice. He has extensive experience achieving successful outcomes for his clients in multi-million and multi-billion dollar cases.

Mr. Wexler is a former law clerk of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, where he served under Chief Judge Glenn L. Archer during his preparation of several influential Federal Circuit decisions including Markman v. Westview.

He teaches an advanced class at New York University School of Law in patent law and the life sciences.
