Partner specializing in Aboriginal law with experience working on a broad range of Aboriginal law and policy issues across Canada both in private practice and in the federal government. Advises clients on Aboriginal law issues and engagement strategies relating to resource development, energy, and infrastructure projects and the negotiation of various agreements with Indigenous groups. Has acted as a Ministerial Special Representative for the federal government on consultation and accommodation and as counsel in Aboriginal rights and duty to consult litigation and in disputes relating to revenue sharing arrangements.
