Advises clients on Aboriginal law issues and engagement strategies relating to resource development, energy, and infrastructure projects and the negotiation of various agreements with Indigenous groups. Has acted as a Ministerial Special Representative for the federal government on consultation and accommodation and as counsel in Aboriginal rights and duty to consult litigation and in disputes relating to revenue sharing arrangements.
